I was honestly giggling like a schoolgirl throughout the whole book due to the comedic banter and personalities of both MCs. Another book that I had a hard time putting down! For me, everything was A+!

Another A+ from Navessa Allen! With a previous glimpse at the MMC (male main character) and his family dynamics from Lights Out, this book delves more into who he is and lays out all the details about his relationships and past while working to rekindle a "lost" love. Whereas we get a fresh new face with the FMC (female main character). With spicy friends and parental figure, and an even spicier occupations, the heat is turned up!

NOTES
Another dive into the backstory of a character from previous books while we are introduced to someone new! This one plays with your anger as the MMC is portrayed as such an arrogant asshole that even you wish you could reach through the pages and strangle him. The FMC, while from a wealthier upbringing, plays with your heartstrings through her struggles and backstory. While it does not top the first two books of the series, it is definitely a great read!
